Gale reporting here, on my visit to Joan's turf in Santa Barbara. It was a working trip. We pounded gazillion loose details popping out of our new book project into their holes, and I taught a Photography for Knittters class at Loop & Leaf. With 3 free hours, I made my tourism demands. I asked Joan to take me to:
a) somewhere Santa Barbara landmark- her excellent choice, the courthouse
b) a wine tasting
c) walk on the beach In that order. If you're guessing the walk wasn't in a straight line, you might be right. Really good wine. Whatya think? Is that last one our authors' photo for the new book?

Yes indeed. Two happy authors. And you can't really tell you are in a wine bar.
